Jewellery Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing staff effectively. The role involves maintaining store standards, handling high-value inventory, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Supervise and motivate sales team to enhance performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries/complaints
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and conduct regular audits
• Ensure safety and security of high-value jewellery items
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff
• Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates
• Maintain relationships with loyal and high-value customers

Qualifications & Experience:
