Café Staff / Juice & Sandwich Maker

Rasamrit is a healthy food and beverage café located near Doddaballapur Main Road, Yelahanka, Bengaluru. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person who can manage daily café operations and prepare simple healthy food items. Main goal : Reliable person who can independently manage the outlet.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, sandwiches and vegetable shots.
• Prepare and assemble fruit bowls, salad bowls, overnight oats and other healthy food items.
• Take customer orders and provide polite and friendly service.
• Handle cash, UPI payments and basic billing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, counter, utensils, equipment and seating area.
• Check daily stock of fruits, vegetables, bread, milk and other ingredients.
• Store ingredients properly and minimise food wastage.
• Open and close the café as per the assigned shift.
• Share daily sales, stock and wastage updates with the owner.
• Support takeaway, delivery and subscription meal orders when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a café, juice shop, bakery, fast-food outlet or restaurant is preferred.
• Freshers with an interest in food preparation may also apply.
• Must know basic cutting, sandwich preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Must be honest, punctual, clean and willing to learn.
• Must be comfortable handling customers and managing the outlet independently.
• Basic Hindi or Kannada is required. Basic English is an advantage.
• Candidate should preferably live in or near Yelahanka.
