Job Description
Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic client visits.
Consultative Sales: Understand unique customer needs and recommend appropriate properties from the Definer portfolio.
Property Showcasing: Conduct professional property presentations and lead personalized site visits for prospective buyers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client onboarding.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
