We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Analyst with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Tax, and Fixed Assets (FI-AA). The role will support SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions, partnering with business and IT teams to deliver compliant, scalable financial solutions aligned with global standards and local statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), leading and non-leading ledgers, and parallel accounting
• Support configuration of Chart of Accounts, Company Codes, Document Types, and Financial Statement Versions (FSV)
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including accruals, allocations, and reconciliations
• Configure and support tax determination and compliance, including integration with external tax engines such as Sabrix / OneSource
• Develop functional specifications for tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, and enhancements
• Configure and support Fixed Assets (FI-AA) including asset classes, depreciation, AuC, capitalization, transfers, and retirements
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, unit testing, and SIT/UAT
• Support data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities
• Ensure seamless integration with CO, AP, AR, AA, PS, and external systems

Required Qualifications:​ 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 9+ years of SAP Finance experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Strong functional expertise in GL, Tax, and Fixed Assets
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

 Preferred Qualifications:​ 

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or system conversions
• Knowledge of integration with Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS)
• Exposure to Group Reporting, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledgers
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity environments
