Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Draftsman to prepare architectural drawings,
working drawings, and construction documents for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, building bye-laws, and construction detailing,
with the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp (Preferred)
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Knowledge of building bye-laws and approval procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadline
