Job Title: LMS & Student Success Executive
Department:Jeena Sikho Education Department (NHP
Location: Zirakpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Purpose
Own end-to-end LMS operations and ensure an exceptional student experience throughout the NHP learning journey.
Duties & Responsibilities
LMS Management: Manage the complete LMS and ensure smooth learner access, batch creation, course configuration and platform maintenance.
Course Upload & Content Management: Upload and verify videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments and learning resources before every batch.
Student Onboarding: Support new learners with login credentials, orientation and LMS navigation.
Student Query Resolution: Resolve academic and technical queries professionally within defined timelines.
Technical Support: Coordinate with technical teams to resolve LMS and Zoom issues.
Zoom & Attendance: Manage Zoom backend, recordings and attendance reports.
Assignments & Certificates: Track submissions and coordinate timely certificate issuance.
Community & Reporting: Manage student communities and prepare daily/weekly reports.
