कार्य विवरण (Job Overview):
हम एक उत्पादन कार्यकारी की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो विनिर्माण प्रक्रिया को कुशलतापूर्वक संभाल सके और उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता व समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित कर सके। आदर्श उम्मीदवार को विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में पूर्व अनुभव होना चाहिए तथा समस्याओं के समाधान में दक्ष होना चाहिए ताकि उत्पादन प्रक्रिया सुचारू रूप से चल सके।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
✅ दैनिक उत्पादन गतिविधियों की निगरानी करना ताकि कार्य कुशलता और गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार हों।
✅ उत्पादन अनुसूची (Production Schedule) की योजना बनाना और उसे समय पर पूरा कराना।
✅ विभिन्न विभागों (क्रय/प्रोक्योरमेंट, गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण, गोदाम आदि) के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना।
✅ सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
✅ उत्पादन से संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान करना ताकि डाउनटाइम कम से कम हो।
✅ उत्पादन डेटा का रिकॉर्ड रखना और प्रबंधन के लिए रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
✅ उत्पादन कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित करना और उनके प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाना।

मुख्य आवश्यकताएँ (Key Requirements):
✔ किसी विनिर्माण फर्म में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव।
✔ उत्पादन प्रक्रियाओं, मशीनरी और गुणवत्ता मानकों का ज्ञान।
✔ दबाव में कार्य करने और समयसीमा का पालन करने की क्षमता।
✔ उत्कृष्ट संचार और समस्या समाधान कौशल।
✔ इन्वेंट्री व सप्लाई चेन मैनेजमेंट की बुनियादी समझ।
✔ विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा नियमों का ज्ञान।
वांछित योग्यताएँ (Preferred Qualifications):🎓 मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, इंडस्ट्रियल या प्रोडक्शन इंजीनियरिंग में स्नातक/डिप्लोमा (वांछनीय, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं)।
