The Challenge
Reimagine Acrobat with a modern, intelligent, and delightful user experience that transforms how customers interact with documents.
Lead the development of next-generation document management solutions by deeply integrating cloud services and modern frameworks into Acrobat and Reader.
Drive the evolution of Acrobat into an AI-first platform with agentic and conversational capabilities that help users create, understand, and act on document content more efficiently.
Power AI-powered collaborative workspaces in Acrobat that seamlessly bring together files, links, notes, conversations, and insights into a unified experience.
Develop intuitive, high-performance review, commenting, collaboration, and approval solutions for individuals and enterprises.
Architect and deliver robust security, trust, and privacy solutions that protect close to a billion Acrobat users worldwide.
Enable high-quality, reliable, and performant experiences across desktop while supporting rapid innovation and experimentation.
Create a fun-loving, inclusive, dedicated, and world-class team that continuously pushes the boundary of development and engineering excellence.
Manage and lead the team to solve complex technical problems, deliver on compelling user value for our customers and ensure strong customer centricity
What you need to succeed
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or related field.
15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
Strong experience in building and shipping large-scale products and applications.
Excellent computer science fundamentals, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Deep expertise in software design and architecture. with the ability to drive technical direction for complex products.
Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, technical challenges, and fast-paced execution environments.
Effective collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizations.
Ability to influence decisions, build alignment, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
Passion for building high-quality user experiences and customer-focused products.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented with strong ownership and execution focus.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to inspire and mentor teams.
