Job Description (JD) – Warehouse Associate (Picker / Packer / Scanner)
Company: Flipkart
Location: As per warehouse requirement Delhi and NCR/ Gurgaon (Bilaspur/Binola/Tauru)
Department: Supply Chain / E-Kart Logistics
Position Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)
1. Job Responsibilities
A. Picker
- Customer order list ke according shelf se products pick karna.
- Handheld scanner se items scan karna.
- Correct item, quantity aur quality check ensure karna.
- Daily picking targets achieve karna.
B. Packer
- Picked items ko safely pack karna.
- Packaging material ka correct use (box, polybag, bubble wrap).
- Shipping label attach karna.
- Dispatch se pehle final QC karna.
C. Scanner
- Inbound/outbound process me item scanning.
- Inventory record update in WMS.
- Barcode mismatch identify karna.
- Items ko correct bin/location me rakhna.
2. Eligibility
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Age: 18–35 years
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced both allowed
- Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account, Police Verification (if required)
3. Required Skills
- Basic reading/scanning knowledge
- Speed & accuracy in picking/packing
- Physical fitness (walking/standing for long hours)
- Basic warehouse safety understanding
