Transportation executive

The Transport Associate will support end-to-end transportation operations and ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting across the fleet. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily transportation activities and driver accounts.
• Maintaining fleet bookkeeping and accounting for PAN-India operations.
• Reconciling inventory and vendor accounts accurately and on time.
• Monitoring expenses and exercising strict budgetary control.
• Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts every month.
• Preparing and submitting MIS reports to Management as per defined timelines.
• Ensuring correctness and accuracy in all fleet-related accounting entries.
• Coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and vendors for smooth operations.
