Job Description
The Transport Associate will support end-to-end transportation operations and ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting across the fleet. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily transportation activities and driver accounts.
- Maintaining fleet bookkeeping and accounting for PAN-India operations.
- Reconciling inventory and vendor accounts accurately and on time.
- Monitoring expenses and exercising strict budgetary control.
- Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts every month.
- Preparing and submitting MIS reports to Management as per defined timelines.
- Ensuring correctness and accuracy in all fleet-related accounting entries.
- Coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and vendors for smooth operations.
