Vehicle Tracking & Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Call drivers and vehicle owners for vehicle availability and placement
• Share loading location, reporting time, and trip details
• Track vehicles during transit and monitor movement status
• Provide real-time updates on dispatch, delays, and delivery
• Coordinate with drivers for loading, unloading, and route guidance
• Identify and escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues
• Ensure drivers carry required documents (DL, LR, E-way bill, etc.)
• Update trip status and records in Excel/TMS/WhatsApp

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple calls and multitask
• Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations
• Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, and tracking systems
• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
