Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Dadar West, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to generate leads while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact potential and existing clients via phone to explain our financial products and services.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.

* Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

* Travel to clients’ locations, when required, to collect or assist with documentation related to loan processing.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

* Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

* Willingness to travel locally for client documentation purposes.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, finance, or sales will be preferred.

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.)
