Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call existing customers for Private Car Insurance policy renewals.
  • Build rapport and remind customers about their upcoming policy expiry.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide the best renewal options.
  • Share premium quotations through WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
  • Follow up regularly with customers to convert leads into successful renewals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly renewal sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
