As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, as you work to align technical outputs with evolving project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software architecture and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent understanding of cloud-based platforms and their application in enterprise solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
