Job Overview

VS EduWorld is looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and professionals through our academic, research publication, and honorary doctorate services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counselling abilities, and prior experience in admissions or educational counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding various academic programs and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Understand candidates' educational and professional backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective applicants.
• Assist candidates throughout the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, telesales, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
