💼 Position: Collection Executive

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Experience)

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Collections

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic computer knowledge

🗣 Language Requirement:

Candidates must be fluent in any one or more of the following languages:

• Telugu

• Tamil

• Kannada

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and payment follow-ups

• Negotiate and secure payment commitments from customers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities

• Achieve assigned collection targets and productivity goals

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution of customer cases
