Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor
1.As a functional analyst, Provide support services to Infor LN Logistics module to business users
2.Analyze and triage incidents in ITSM tool for assignment, and resolution
3.Work on process fixes, bug fixes , documentation and deployment as part of support
4.Work with technical analysts to debug code, test fixes, prepare all compliance related documentation and deploy to production
5.Work with business users to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations
