Job Description

Handle and manage daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.

Update and maintain lead records in MS Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead assignment and follow-up.

Manage product listings and update product information on the IndiaMART portal.

Prepare daily and monthly lead status reports.

Perform general administrative, documentation, and office coordination tasks.
