Deep understanding of: Network Inventory Management Service Assurance Fault Management Performance Management Service Fulfillment Experience with GIS platforms such as: ESRI ArcGIS GE SpatialNet Similar Telecom GIS Solutions Telecom Network Domain Expertise Strong knowledge of: Fiber Networks (FTTx) Transport Networks IP/MPLS Networks Wireless Networks (4G/5G) Network Topology Management Network Inventory Management Technology Stack Java Spring Boot Microservices Architecture SQL Oracle Database PostgreSQL Cloud & DevOps Cloud-Native Architecture Kubernetes OpenShift CI/CD Practices DevSecOps Methodologies Experience:9-11 Years Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and implementation of OSS and GIS solutions for telecom clients. Analyze business and network requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design integrations between Inventory, Provisioning, Service Assurance, and GIS systems. Drive solution development, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to define end-to-end workflows and solution roadmaps. Support OSS modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives. Conduct technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and integration teams. Participate in client discussions, solution estimations, project planning, and governance activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, quality standards, and performance requirements.
