Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications and services.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks and incident response.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
