Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, field visits, and digital channels.
  • Promote and sell banking and non-banking loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, and Working Capital Loans.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and channel associates.
  • Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
