Executive Pre-Sales

At L&T Realty, Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating walk-ins at various real estate projects of the organisation.

1. To lead a team of about 20 in-house pre-sales team members approx. to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.

1. To improve lead management processes, TATs, and device policies for enabling max lead conversion, increase revenues of PreSales and contribute to min. 20%+ to the overall business or as discussed with top management.

1. To assign targets for various team members, monitor their performance, and ensure that all of them achieve targets.

1. To monitor the quality of various activities/processes followed.

1. To know and understand the mediums/systems/technologies used by other industries to manage leads and adopt best practices in the organization.

1. To prepare dashboards for the consumption of top management Functional Mandate & KRAs of Pre-sales manager: Functional Mandate KRA / Success Measures - To generate higher walk-ins from all types of leads - To cross-use leads for various projects - To set up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads.

1. Ensure to keep records of calls made, coordinate with presales agents and sales team, and update lead information in the CRM.

1. Coordinate with Sales teams to be updated on Sales progress, pricing, inventory availability, etc and cascade the info to team members for them to adhere.

1. Periodic Call Quality Analysis – Improve Quality of Calls/Discussions with prospects

Requirements: -

1. Very good analytical skills
2. Proactive Approach is a must,
3. Team management abilities
4. 5+ years of team handling experience in PreSales/Tele calling (Real estate/Aviation/Hospitality)
5. MIS Knowledge and MS Office Knowledge is mandatory.
6. Must have information about Cloud Telephony (Diallers) and CRM (preferably Salesforce).

Minimum qualification: - Graduate or above.
