Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Experience with monitoring and managing security tools and incident response processes.
- Ability to analyze network traffic and identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
- Familiarity with firewall management, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
