Procurement Data Analyst Intern

A Big Data Analyst works with multiple stakeholders to collect, process, automate, and analyze large datasets, and present insights to management. The role involves using various data sources, analytics tools, and programming languages to extract meaningful information. It also requires working with technologies like AI, Python, Power BI, and other specialized tools to analyze structured and unstructured data.

Key tasks:

1. Coordination with Supplier, Procurement team in collecting Purchase Register from contracted suppliers & system

    

2. Data Cleansing: Review, clean, and standardize collected data to ensure accuracy and improve data quality across various product categories.

    

3. Data Mining: Extract relevant information from large datasets using analytical tools and modern AI techniques

    

4. Data Analysis: Apply statistical methods to summarize, interpret, and generate insights from data, including descriptive and advanced analytical techniques.

1. Automation: Develop automated reporting solutions based on historical data to streamline processes and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
