Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business and technology strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions that support business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and their deployment within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
