Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
  2. Enter customer details in the CRM/ERP system.
  3. Call or message customers and provide information about products.
  4. Schedule showroom visits and appointments.
  5. Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer requirements.
  6. Prepare and share quotations with customers.
  7. Follow up with customers regularly.
  8. Update customer information and follow-up details in the system.
  9. Check product stock availability with the warehouse team.
  10. Coordinate order processing and delivery status.
  11. Inform customers about delivery schedules.
  12. Handle customer complaints and solve issues quickly.
  13. Call customers after delivery to collect feedback.
  14. Request customer reviews and referrals.
  15. Prepare daily reports and update management.
