E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive with strong experience in order processing, product listing, catalog, and backend e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth order processing, creating and managing product listings across marketplaces and our website, ensuring accurate catalogue data, timely dispatches, inventory updates, and seamless marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily orders from marketplaces and the company website.

- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings and catalogues across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

- Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords, and category mapping.

- Maintain catalogue quality by updating pricing, inventory, variations, specifications, and product content.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order dispatch.

- Handle cancellations, returns (RTO), refunds, and replacements.

- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.

- Ensure accurate SKU mapping, stock synchronization, and inventory updates to prevent overselling. - Coordinate catalogue corrections, including images, titles, attributes, and product variations.

- Monitor listing health and ensure marketplace compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in order processing, product listing, Catalog and e-commerce operations.

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and follow-up skills.

- Quick learner with an execution-focused mindset
