About the Role : BS Sports is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of both online e-commerce orders and bulk institutional orders. The ideal candidate should ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries while maintaining proper inventory and shipment records.

• Key Responsibilities E-commerce Order Dispatch Pick, pack, and dispatch daily online orders from the website, marketplaces, and social media.
• Verify product quality, size, color, quantity, and order details before packing.
• Print shipping labels and invoices.
• Pack products professionally to prevent transit damage.
• Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.
• Update shipment status and tracking details in the system.
• Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, and replacement shipments.
• Bulk Order Dispatch Prepare and dispatch bulk orders for dealers, distributors, academies, schools, colleges, and cricket associations.
• Verify packing lists, quantities, sizes, and customization details.
• Coordinate with transport companies for freight bookings.
• Ensure all cartons are properly labeled and documented.
• Maintain dispatch challans, invoices, LR copies, and transport records.
• Coordinate with the production and finishing teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Inventory & Documentation Maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Update stock movement after every dispatch.
• Report shortages or damaged products immediately.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) inventory practice wherever applicable.
• Keep dispatch area clean and organized.
• Coordination Work closely with Production, Quality Check, Sales, Customer Support, and Accounts teams.
• Inform customers or sales executives regarding shipment status whenever required.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues quickly.

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP preferred)
• Knowledge of courier portals and shipping labels
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics
• Experience in e-commerce dispatch is an added advantage
