- Job Responsibilities: Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, motivate, and guide agents to achieve sales targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Support agents in lead generation and customer meetings.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
- Maintain relationships with customers and agents.
- Conduct field visits and joint sales calls with agents.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
