Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure an excellent ordering experience. The role involves customer calling, order booking, follow-ups, next-day order collection, resolving customer queries, and maintaining an accurate customer database. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers.
  • Book and confirm customer orders.
  • Follow up on pending and repeat orders.
  • Collect next-day orders from existing customers.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
