Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with product selection, answering questions about confectionery items, ingredients, and pricing.

Provide recommendations based on customer preferences, dietary restrictions, or seasonal promotions.

Handle customer complaints or inquiries respectfully and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Sales and Transaction Handling

Operate the cash register or billing system to process sales, refunds, or exchanges accurately.

Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions and loyalty programs.

Product Handling and Display

Arrange confectionery items attractively in display counters, ensuring freshness and proper labeling.

Check inventory regularly, restock items on counters, and communicate needs to store managers.

Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and packaging standards to meet hygiene and safety requirements.

Maintenance and Cleanliness

Keep the counter, display cases, and surrounding areas clean and organized.

Follow food safety standards, including handling edible items with care and using appropriate storage methods.
