As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing comprehensive project activities from initiation through completion within a globally distributed delivery framework. This role requires coordinating various aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and maintaining seamless communication across diverse teams. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges proactively, and supports the delivery of contracted services with a focus on efficiency and quality. Collaboration with stakeholders and adapting to dynamic project environments are integral parts of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.
- Continuously monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to promote project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Ability to utilize various data management tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with statistical methods to support data-driven decision making.
- Capability to work with large volumes of data and perform data cleansing and transformation.
