Job Description
Assist surgeons during operations as scrub or circulating nurse
Prepare and maintain Operation Theatre (OT) before and after procedures
Ensure strict infection control, sterilization, and OT safety protocols
Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables
Coordinate with anesthetists, surgeons, and OT team for smooth workflow
Monitor patient condition during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
Maintain OT records and reports
Supervise junior staff and support OT schedule management
Ensure emergency readiness and handle critical situations efficiently
