Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day clinic operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
- Coordinate appointments, patient scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time.
- Supervise front office, dental assistants, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent patient care and professional communication at all times.
- Handle patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, infection-control standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensure dental instruments, materials, and equipment are available and properly maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement of dental supplies.
- Support billing, insurance documentation, payment follow-ups, and daily cash reports.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
- Assist in staff training, attendance tracking, duty scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with dentists, lab technicians, vendors, and management.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, health regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly clinic reports as required.
