Roles & Responsibilities: Recruiting Functional Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements.

• Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.

• Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.

 

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday Recruiting Core certification is required.

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.

• Candidate should have 4-6 years of IT experience.

• Professional Experience of at least 2 years in Implementing or Supporting Workday.

• Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Recruiting Module consultant

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.

• Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines.

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts.

• Experience in configuring various business processes within Core Recruiting & HCM.

• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Strong communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills 

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Good to have reporting experience.
• Experience on other modules like HCM, Talent and Performance, Learning is a plus.
• Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
