Job SummaryFrankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Dilsukhnagar, is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Placement Officer to manage student placement activities and develop strong relationships with employers, recruitment vendors, and industry partners.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying placement opportunities, meeting recruitment vendors and companies, organizing campus placement drives, coordinating with Frankfinn Regional and Placement Teams, and ensuring eligible students actively participate in placement opportunities.
The role will also work closely with the Training Team to ensure students are interview-ready, professionally groomed, and prepared according to industry standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement & Industry CoordinationMeet and develop relationships with recruitment vendors, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Build a strong employer network across Airlines, Airports, Hotels, Hospitality, Travel, Retail, Customer Service, and other service industries.
- Identify and generate new job and placement opportunities for students.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment and placement drives at the Centre.
- Invite companies and recruitment partners to conduct interviews and hiring activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with companies and vendors regarding vacancies, interviews, selections, and joining status.
- Coordinate closely with Frankfinn Regional Placement Teams and other Frankfinn Centres for placement opportunities and recruitment drives.
- Student Placement CoordinationIdentify eligible students and arrange their participation in interviews and placement drives.
- Communicate job opportunities, interview schedules, and selection criteria to students.
- Ensure maximum student attendance and participation in placement activities.
- Maintain records of students appearing for interviews, selections, offers, and final joining.
- Follow up with selected students until successful joining and maintain placement documentation.
- Training & Grooming CoordinationConduct regular meetings with the Training Team to discuss student placement readiness.
- Coordinate with trainers to identify students who require additional interview preparation or grooming support.
- Conduct and coordinate regular student grooming checks according to Frankfinn and industry standards.
- Ensure students are professionally presented and prepared before attending interviews.
- Coordinate mock interviews, interview preparation, resume readiness, and soft-skills sessions when required.
- Provide feedback from recruiters to the Training Team to improve student employability and placement readiness.
- Candidate Profile3–6 years of relevant experience in Placements, Recruitment, HR, Training Institutes, Education, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate relations, vendor management, or campus placements will be preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with HR managers, recruiters, vendors, students, trainers, and Frankfinn Regional Teams.
- Strong student management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for company and vendor meetings when required.
- Knowledge of Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, Retail, and Service Industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
