Performance Marketing Manager

Who We're Looking For 

A performance-driven marketer who blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. Someone who understands how paid and organic growth work together — and knows how to optimize for both. You live in dashboards but think beyond the numbers. You’re just as comfortable planning campaigns as you are setting up tracking, analyzing funnels, and fixing what’s not working. You're someone who knows that growth isn’t just about spending — it’s about strategy, storytelling, and searchability. 

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more 
• Own full-funnel performance: from media planning and ad creatives to landing page optimization and conversion tracking 
• Manage budgets and KPIs — constantly optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other key metrics
• Collaborate with design, content, and dev teams to ensure campaign assets and landing pages are aligned with best practices 
• Set up and maintain tracking across platforms — from Google Analytics and Tag Manager to Pixel, UTM parameters, and attribution tools 
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and share actionable reports with internal teams and clients 
• Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new tools to keep our strategies ahead of the curve
•  Lead performance marketing strategy and presentations for new business pitches

You’d Be a Great Fit If You 

• Have 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing & digital advertising
• Have managed high-performance ad campaigns across
• Have strong communication skills and can translate complex reports into clear action items
