Who Can Apply:
✅ Team Leader: 1-2 yrs exp in Loan sales with 1+ Year of team handling
What You’ll Do:
*As a Team Leader*
- Lead by example – First to punch in, last to leave. Own team targets
- Coach & convert – Train 4-6 SEs, do joint calls, improve team productivity
- Review & report – Daily team tracking, performance analysis, morning huddles
- Drive growth – Attrition control, motivation, hiring support for your team
*Must Haves:*
- Industry: Loan (Personal loan and Overdraft)
- Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Local market knowledge
- Attitude: Target-driven, No-excuse mindset
- Qualification: 12th/Graduate.
