Job Description

Handling Operational and Backend Support for all types of documentation and banking and financial works

  • Process and reconcile transactions, invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and internal systems (CRM/ERP).
  • Handle documentation: filing, data entry, record retention, and archiving.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Flexible Working hours Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6.30
