The Sky Affluent VRM will be a key member of the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our affluent customers. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The VRM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
• Offer personalized banking solutions, including wealth management, investment advice, and tailored product recommendations.
• Proactively reach out to customers, providing regular updates and insights on market trends and opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers in opening new accounts, processing transactions, and managing their banking needs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Kotak Mahindra Bank, promoting the bank's values and services to potential customers.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the affluent customer segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insightful financial recommendations.
• Proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems, with strong computer literacy.
