Senior Facility Executive Soft Services

POSITION GOALS

• To provide administrative support to the Facility Management team assigned.
• To provide timely reports to the Facility Management.

• Expertise in soft services (housekeeping, security, pantry operations)
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Duty & Key Responsibilities

1. Soft Services Operations Leadership

• Lead end-to-end soft services operations across facilities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality housekeeping, pantry, and security services.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to defined standards and processes.

2. Housekeeping & Hygiene Excellence

• Establish and monitor cleanliness and hygiene benchmarks.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in workplace hygiene and sanitation.

3. Pantry & Cafeteria Management

• Oversee pantry/cafeteria operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and cost control.
• Improve food service standards and employee satisfaction.
• Manage vendor performance and contract deliverables.

4. Safety Oversight

• Incident management.
• Coordinate with EHS teams for compliance and workplace safety improvements.

5. Vendor & Contract Management

• Evaluate and manage service vendors (housekeeping, pest control, cafeteria ..etc).
• Define SLAs/KPIs and ensure vendor accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency and quality improvement.

6. Budgeting & Cost Optimization

• Prepare and manage budgets for soft services operations.
• Track expenditures and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without compromising service quality.

7. Stakeholder & Employee Experience Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for soft service-related concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee complaints and service requests.
• Drive employee satisfaction and workplace experience initiatives.

8. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to statutory, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Maintain audit readiness and documentation.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.

9. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and guide facility supervisors and vendor staff.
• Train teams on service standards, safety practices, and customer handling.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and service excellence.
