Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Operations: Monitor electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, and general civil repairs. Handle day-to-day property issues and fix them quickly.
- Vendor Management: Supervise external service providers, security teams, and housekeeping staff. Track service level agreements (SLAs) and complete work orders.
- Administration & Procurement: Manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, and facility stock. Keep MIS reports and logs updated.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field or Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in corporate facility operations or building maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills in local languages and English, basic computer skills (MS Office), and strong problem-solving abilities
