Sales & Operations Coordinator (Female Preferred)

Mectric Industrial Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Sales, Service, and Installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM daily.
• Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and installation teams.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Handle customer calls and schedule service/installation visits.
• Search, prepare, and submit tenders.
• Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Read and make basic modifications to AutoCAD drawings (training can be provided).
• Handle official emails and customer communication.
• Maintain documentation and daily work reports.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
