Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
- Competence in using debugging and monitoring tools to ensure integration reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Certified in Workday Integration.
Should have WD Implementation experience at least worked in minimum 2 SI projects.
