Software Quality Assurance Tester - HCLSoftwareJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our product testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product testing and demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks. This role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise-level software products.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated) for HCLSoftware products.Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks using industry-standard tools and scripting languages.Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to understand product requirements and features.Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle using appropriate tools.Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.Required QualificationsExperience with Product Testing: Proven work experience in a Quality Assurance role, specifically testing commercial software products.Automation Expertise: Deep expertise in automation test framework design, implementation, and maintenance.Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python) for writing automation scripts.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with specific HCLSoftware product lines (e.g., Digital Experience, Unica, BigFix).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Experience with performance and load testing tools.Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
