What would you do? The Learning & Development Content – Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and quality assurance of learning content across programs. This role provides content leadership, ensures instructional and editorial excellence, and drives consistent delivery of high-quality learning assets aligned to business objectives. The role works closely with instructional designers, media teams, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant learning solutions. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
What are we looking for? • Relevant years of experience in Learning & Development or learning content roles and experience leading or mentoring content or instructional teams• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Communications, or related field• Certification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is desirable
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Lead and supervise a team of learning content developers and reviewers• Own end-to-end content development across digital, virtual, and blended learning formats• Ensure learning content meets instructional design, quality, accessibility, and branding standards• Review and approve learning assets for accuracy, consistency, and learner impact• Partner with stakeholders to translate learning requirements into effective content solutions• Track delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple content workstreams• Drive continuous improvement using learner feedback, quality metrics, and content analytics• Coach and mentor team members to build content and learning capability •• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies• Experience leading learning content development for enterprise or global audiences• Knowledge of digital learning formats, LMS/LXP environments, and content authoring tools• Strong editorial, review, and quality governance capabilities• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices applicable in Australia• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
