We cater to both B2B and B2C customers across diverse industries and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.


Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic, target-driven, and professional Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, business development, client relationship management, and sales closures while collaborating closely with the marketing team to maximize business opportunities.

The role requires extensive travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas for client meetings, corporate presentations, and business development activities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate and convert B2B and B2C leads into business opportunities.
  • Identify new clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
  • Lead Management & Sales ClosureManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
  • Ensure timely conversion of opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Corporate, Retail & Ecommerce SalesDrive sales for corporate gifting, customized merchandise, promotional products, and retail gifting solutions.
  • Handle inquiries generated through websites, social media, ecommerce platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with corporate procurement teams, HR departments, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
  • Marketing & Growth SupportCollaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor feedback.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications3–8 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, business development, and sales closure.
  • Strong proficiency in retail sales, including hands-on experience in retail outlet operations and customer engagement.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce, retail, and corporate sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
  • Additional RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • The role requires frequent travel across Mumbai for corporate meetings and regular visits to TPIF's office and showroom locations in Thane and Bhiwandi.
  • Candidates must own a two-wheeler (Bike) and possess a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • The candidate should maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and be appropriately dressed, reflecting the company's premium brand image and client-facing nature of the role.
  • Ability to represent the company confidently during client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
