About Lamp Crafts
Lamp Crafts is building one of Bengaluru’s most ambitious luxury lighting experience centres and is looking for professionals who can confidently interact with architects, designers, builders and homeowners.
Role Overview
The Luxury Sales Coordinator will act as a relationship manager and brand representative for Lamp Crafts. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
* Build relationships with architects, interior designers and project stakeholders
* Prepare quotations and coordinate customer enquiries
* Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules
* Coordinate customer meetings and site visits
* Assist customers in selecting suitable lighting solutions
* Maintain professional communication through company-approved channels
* Support project coordination and sales closure activities
