Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for our service center in Bommasandra, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their vehicle service requirements, and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns.
• Explain service recommendations, repair estimates, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related queries professionally.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service completion.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, or in the automotive service industry.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
