Specialist - Cloud Engineering
Role Title Automation EngineerLocation Pune or Hyderabad
Role Expectation
Collaborate with key product stakeholders to understand the overall process and the actions requiring automating
Design and implement performantresilient automation to address the manual aspects of the process
Apply securitybydefault secrets management least privilege vulnerability management
Monitor and improve process performance optimising to not only meet the objective but provide head room to cater for unknown scenarios
Automate both process and the testing of the automation to assure it works whenever it is required
Skills Required
Essential
7 years delivering Ansiblebased automation into Jenkins CICD pipelines
Strong scripting skills Python Go Bash etc
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multiculturedglobal environment
Working experience in Agile methodologies
Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment
Strong documentation collaboration and ownership mindset
Desirable
Experience of working with and improving IT Services underpinned by vendor software
Productdomain experience in one or more of
oFile Transmission products eg IBM SFGSSPSEASCD
oMainframe zOS and job execution workflows
oBMC ControlM
An understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements
